In the Hospital now...

Nicole is doing fine, though contractions continue making birth more and more likely every hour.
Nicole says, I don't really mind the contractions....SLAP! OW! OK, they suck really bad...
5:30 PM PDT
Dr. Prescribes Tylenol with hydrocodine and Ambien to take the edge off for this evening. Nicole Continues to have contractions since 2:30 am.
12/2 5:50-PM Gourmet Dinner is Served!

8:00 am Nice Breakfast and 2 HUGE contractions in the morning.
Biggest ever. Then in comes the Hero Dr. Shrivastava to find that Nicole is 4cm
dilated. Which is pretty good for preterm babies. "Superman"
Dr.Shrivastava:
10 am Sunday. In goes the epidural...AHHH no more pain....
by now there are about 8 doctors and nurses in the room
11 am pitocin small dose to make the contractions regular
2 drips into the IV the baby's heartbeat dips due to being squeezed by a very long hard contraction.
Now Chaos with doctors scrambling IV's flying and Nicole being wheeled to the OR.
What was going to be a natural delivery is now an emergency c-section. Once Nicole arrived in the OR the baby's heart beat started stabilizing. Now the Dr, holds off on C-section to make a decision...
11:20am Dr. Decides to go forward with c-section to be on safe side...
